Foundation Hub begins as the internal Information and Communications Technology (ICT) division of Foundation Leads Limited, A 360-degree consultancy firm in Uganda established 2011. Our initial mandate is to build the firm’s digital infrastructure, streamline internal operations, and provide technical support for client projects, embedding technology at the core of the consultancy’s service delivery.
The department expanded its role, evolving from a support function into a center for custom software development and digital innovation. We begin architecting bespoke web-based applications and managing systems integration for both local market and a growing portfolio of global client engagements, proving the value of integrated technological expertise.
Marking a strategic evolution, the ICT department is formally launched as Foundation Hub, a dedicated ICT and Innovation Hub. This transition establishes us as a full-service technology partner, operating with a dual mandate: to continue as the operational IT department for Foundation Leads Limited while offering end-to-end ICT consulting, digital transformation, and custom development services to global clients across Uganda and the region.
